Peaden is a respected name in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing industry, headquartered in Panama City, Florida. Despite its hometown success, Peaden sought to grow beyond its borders and expand into new, emerging markets along the Gulf Coast. This vision for growth required a new organizational and brand strategy to position Peaden as the dominant name in professional comfort services.
idgroup knew Peaden needed to keep its roots in the name and positive reputation in the Panhandle area. Through the Branding from the Core process, idgroup launched the refreshed Peaden brand in June 2016 along with new television and radio spots; print, web and billboard advertising; and marketing collateral including custom photography, business cards, technician wardrobe and livery designs for its mobile fleet. In 2019, Peaden celebrated 50 years in business—stronger than ever in both financial success, employee engagement, purpose-driven leadership and community giving.
