Today, we wanted to introduce one of our idgroupers, Jack Mock, so you can learn more about our team members.

Q. Where did you grow up?
A: I grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida. I was originally born in Monroe, Louisiana, but two months later we moved back to Gulf Breeze for me to be raised in my mom’s hometown. So I call Gulf Breeze my real hometown.
Q. Where do you live currently? What is your favorite thing about the community where you live?
A: I currently live in Pensacola Beach. I love paddleboarding when the temperatures are low and the breeze is blowing. My favorite thing about the beach is actually the off-season months when we can have most of the beach to ourselves. But come on, what’s not to love about living in a beach community?!
Q. What do you do at idgroup?
A: What don’t I do? I work with everyone in the company to accomplish an assortment of tasks; such as supporting in marcom account tasks, programming digital marketing assets, gathering materials and implementing them for R&S events, maintenance of office equipment, managing social media, and video editing.
Q. How long have you been with idgroup?
A: I started as a Brand On Us™ intern in March 2022, then became a full time employee in November the same year. So I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years now.
Q. What certain core values do you have in common with idgroup?
A: I would say I’m equally solutions focused and I’m continuously learning, because I’m curious. If I have any downtime, I usually take a moment to reflect on tasks that could be simplified, and how I could optimize the process for the future. I’m not really sure why, but it’s something I constantly think about in my personal life and my professional one.

A: I LOVE watching movies!
Q. Tell me about your pets!
A: I love my family fur babies Brandy and Mayo! They’re sisters from the same litter. Brandy is more shy, but loves to play! Mayo is the extravert, she loves to snuggle and will lick to her hearts content!
Q. Are you involved in anything locally (i.e. volunteering, committees, board, events, etc) that you’d like to share with?
A: Not currently. My calendar is currently booked with work and my graduate studies, but that’ll change once I graduate this fall! Not exactly sure what I’ll fill the time with just yet, but I’m figuring it out haha.
